Shipping policy

Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and ready to ship within 2 business days from the date of purchase. Please note that processing time does not include weekends or holidays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order weight, size, and destination. Once shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Delivery times vary by carrier and location, but most orders arrive within 3–7 business days after dispatch.

Order Tracking
After your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking details to become active.

Delays & Exceptions
During high-volume seasons or carrier delays outside our control (such as weather or postal service interruptions), shipping times may be extended. We’ll always do our best to keep you informed if a delay occurs.

Shipping Errors & Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order. Ten and Timber is not responsible for packages shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged or goes missing, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
